EVERKIT™, CMV C4 high efficiency double flow kit, certified 400°C - 1/2h (PV CTICM N°11-F-516), for air extraction in houses and public assembly buildings and ERP (articles CH41 to 43, article 14-02-2000), equipped with :
- a self-regulated double flow energy recovery unit without intake fan equipped with an exhaust shut-off damper servo driven to the regulation of smoke extraction
- a low consumption C4 400°C 1/2h unit ensuring the polluted air or smoke permanent exhaust
- a temperature sensor to be located at the head of each duct (option)
- a motorized 2 ways module with a bypass function, self-regulated by a servo controller (mounted and wired in the unit), in case of fire
The air handling unit and the exhaust fan unit communicate in MODBUS, BACNET, WEB
The air handling unit is high efficiency exceeding 90%. Equipped with :
- an aluminium counter flow exchanger certified EUROVENT
- an aluminium profile structure with thermal bridge breaks, external RAL7035 double skin envelop, insulated with mineral wool 50mm M0 high density (60 kg/m3).
- branch connections with double lip seals to ensure the network sealing (ATEC CSTB n° 13-224-V2), mounted on the unit, the fan unit and the 2 ways module
Installation on floor or in false-ceiling. Outside installation with RAL7035 metal sheet rooftop.
F7 filters (supply air) and G4 (extract air) on airtight and watertight slide, motorized 100% bypass for free-cooling and night-cooling, 4 integrated probes.
Very low consumption plug fan and EC motors
Local padlockable switch and IP54 LCD display on access door to the "EASY" regulation compartment.
The EVERKIT™ kit can be coupled with a cooling coil, either water chilled coil (CBX BF) or direct expansion coil (CBX DX)
Very low consumption, econological™ solution meeting ErP2009/125/EC directive requirements, RT2012 energy recovery criteria and principals of active energy efficiency in buildings (EN 15232)
With a conception recognized and validated by COPREC (prevention, control and inspection authority) the handling unit ensures the comfort ventilation and the function of smoke exhaust/fire security, certified 400°-1/2h
